Rugby World Cup - American qualifiers 2019

Overview
Argentina qualified directly from 2015 Rugby World Cup.
2016 Rugby Americas North Championship acted as first qualifying round for North America, qualifying Mexico.
2016 Sudamericano B acted as first qualifying round for South America, qualifying Colombia.
These two teams met in second round, qualifying the winner for third round where it met Paraguay, the worst team in 2016 Sudamericano A.
Since the qualified teams were the same, 2017 Sudamericano A, excluding Argentina already qualified, was played as fourth round for South America, qualifying Uruguay for tie break.
Tie break will qualify the winner for Rugby World Cup and the loser for Repechage.
