The Project
Tours were the essence of amateur rugby.
They were very long journey when the best players from a nation could play far away from home against the best teams from the other parts of the world.
With the speeding up of intercontinental transport and with the advent of professionalism, the romantic part of tours ended.
Nowadays they became series of test matches played by the European teams in the Southern Emisphere during the spring window and by the Southern Emisphere teams in Europe during the fall window.
